"We stayed at Casa de Herencia which was just behind the church. It was decent. Lots of bugs though on the ground floor but the sheets and beds were clean. You can't expect too much from an old house but they did their best to maintain it. The staff overall were very helpful and accommodating though the front desk girl was a bit annoying. The manager also did not want to honor Senior Citizen's Discount for an extra bed we requested, which was a bit off-putting. The breakfast at the restaurant was...

"The owner and the caretaker are really great. The place is safe and clean. There is a free futon mattress. The location is near the highway and there are convenient stores and restaurants nearby."

"At first it was a bit of a struggle…we had no internet connection, food in service took a bery long time and was cold when it got there but how they corrected the situation was very professional and well handled. The breakfast was great and their food was really good. The facilites was very nice once they moved our room, tge view is spectacular. I totally recommend."

"Dining - excellent staff service - you’ll have your main server, and once food is being served. You’ll have 1-2 more assisting. Another example, my son was eating his ice cream, and without cue, a staff gave him water to go with it. Thank you. Rooms - they have, I would say, their original resort rooms, and also, more recently built, modern rooms. Activity- they have wakeboarding activity inside"

"Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room."

"Customer service was lacking with the lady at check out. She ignored my question and was rude. Maintenance was very helpful to fix issues related to my room. Service at the restaurant and bellboy service was nothing to write home about. "
