Good hotel but it’s far from the city proper. Every time we need to eat and shop we have to take a taxi which additional to our budget. The restaurant in the hotel closes early and at breakfast there’s not much choice. Otherwise, have a nice view of the horizon including the Taal volcano.

Decent hotel. A little deceiving to where the pool is located in the property. It was a walk away in another building which was quite inconvenient. Didn’t have a restaurant in the property or anywhere around, had to drive to the nearest restaurant. The views were amazing though from our room.

This place was probably nice in the 90s but is literally falling apart. Nothing to walk to but the hotel does have a shuttle with different pricing depending on who you ask. GRAB is not a thing here. FYI if you are traveling with littles they ONLY have studios and made quite a fuss about an extra cot. The staff are pleasant and the breakfast has a nice view. If you are sensitive to smell, this is not the place for you. Very damp, dank smell throughout.

Friendly and helpful staff

Hotel was very clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Only downside was that the swimming pool needs sun parasols to make it more comfortable for guests to stay around the pool.

Limited staff at the restaurant on the 4th floor. A lot of waiting from taking order , to waiting for food and waiting for the bill. The staff are polite. But I think the restaurant is understaffed. Portions are small for the price.

The door men were very nice and helpful, the reception were always staffed, but mostly unhelpful. The information provided prior to arrival about opening hours for the different activities were incorrect, we only found out of this because other people used them and therefore asked the staff. The pool area was nice, not to many chairs but it wasn’t a problem. The pool was about 1.2m deep all the way, which was fine to play and swim in. The restaurant did not have any vegetarian options for breakfast and the coffee tasted poor quality coffee and chlorine.

The resort itself is beautiful specially the breath taking lake view, you can see the sunrise from your window. Here comes the negative experience, I booked my family 5 Deluxe room for a quick get together and made sure they took care of the staffs but what I did not like is when they charged them for a towel stain?! Seriously?! (A simple stain towel issue and the way the staff handled the situation). I am very disappointed! My family have been generous to kind employees there but wrong FrontDesk and Management will ruin the good experience for your guests.
