Staff was wonderful, room was quiet, great location! The laundry room was a little strange and there wasn't a microwave in the room, but otherwise was a wonderful place to stay.

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
Very nice hotel, clean and has everything you need. Staff were very welcoming and helpful, and the room was quiet. The only complaint I have would be the shower water - it was not very warm and would sometimes switch from very hot to very cold if someone else was using water.
