Clean room. Food street with many restaurants is one floor below hotel only. Very convenient. However Amenities have been cut to minimum. Don’t even give bottled drinking water which is standard for 4-star hotels. Expect guests to fill up at water point near vending machines which is ...

Hotel Monterey Grasmere Osaka
Did not do the breakfast. Too expensive. Location was excellent. Train station literally below the hotel with lots of shops and food choices. The reason I didnt give an excellent rating was the super hard bed.
