Room was clean and staff were all great. Pool access is in one hour timeslots and you have to get on the list at the front desk, so not ideal but understandable. Our room was ok, but there were pipes or something banging the entire time we were there. Loud banging all night. None of us got any ...

Banff Caribou Lodge and Spa
We were in a pet friendly room and it was tidy and clean although the furniture was a bit worn in places and our dog found a few dog treats under the bed. The staff were very helpful and the restaurant on site is convenient.

Banff Rocky Mountain Resort
The room was nice and cozy, my family and i had a blast in the pool and hot tub. We would recommend fhis place to our friends and family.

Very beautiful location.. Downtown Banff was accessible and now falls is like 5 to 10 mins by car from the hotel.

Beautifully located on the edge of Canmore. Staff and service was amazing and the room was clean, organized with everything you could need!
