The property is beautiful in the Hyatt tradition. You will find the luxury that you expect. It is kind of far from the terminal though and there is nothing around it. They have everything that you need there but , also in the Hyatt tradition, it is all very pricey. A small latte in the lobby is 210 bhat or about $6 US. You will have a nice stay. You will spend a lot of money.

Attentive and courteous staff. Wonderful location (there was road construction surrounding at the time, but it didn't cause any issues), close to shopping and dining. Front desk easily accommodated requests for a flexible driver/guide and food recommendations. The pool is small, but was rarely in use by more than one or two people and had ample recliners and daybeds. Plus, the poolarea has an incredible 17th floor view!

The dryer took a little longer to dry clothes

Good, comfortable stay, in a good location near anything you'd need. Only two minor gripes, one is that there's no stair exit down, the elevators are slim and get packed easily in the mornings, it gets very frustrating and all the stairwells are alarmed for fire use. Second is that the mini fridge, at least in my room would not stay on without the room key plugged in, which makes it essentially useless while you're out of the room. Good stay, would recommend.
