Busy weekend since it was spring break, only 2/3 elevators were in service and the pool and it’s surrounded areas was extremely dirty, my hotel room door was also broken, it did not lock

The property is in a bad state of decay. HVAC sub par. Carpeting is very old, musky and worn. They no longer offer breakfast as well.
