The paint and wallpaper is dowdy and dark. Black hallway colour is depressing. I know the wallpaper is supposed to reflect New York but it is so drab and dowdy. Replace with something lighter toned please.

Staff were horrible. And not helpful at all. Hotel lobby smelled like cigarettes and our sink in the room was clogged, no microwave and when asked, they told me they didn’t have nor did they know how ai was going to warm my food from the restaurants I took to

Very little information provided by the property or staff, especially annoying was that there is a monorail which takes you closer to the Las Vegas Strip but absolutely no information was either presented or provided by staff. The entry door by the registration desk out of sync and was dangerous ...
