Our maid service was OUTSTANDING! Micaela is so nice and a very pleasant person. She needs recognition for this. I love New York New York. You guys have maintained the hotel as well as casino exceptionally. We had such an AWESOME time.

Spacious connecting rooms, stayed in a renovated resort tower room which was a little dated but clean and tidy. Friendly housekeeping and security. Hotel credit options were limited and during check-in nothing was mentioned we had $50 credit each room so we missed out on one of those credits due ...
