My only complaint is with the NEW TOLIET PAPER in the rooms. I noticed it in September too, It's almost like using gift wrap tissue! They still use the old brand in the casino bathrooms but the guest rooms have the cheapy.

One of the best hotels in Niagara. Make sure you get Fallsview room to have a amazing view of Niagara Falls and the sky-wheel. Room was super clean with Nespresso coffee machine.
