Room was spacious, nice and comfortable - and the hotel has a small rooftop terrace. Area is quiet and nice, but with a selection of amazing small restaurants close by. But they will gladly receive your luggages if you have them ship and alert them. But this mean you have to bring your luggage’s to the shipper for your con’t travel which could be a pain because most locations are a good walk or closed on weekends. "Had such a great stay at Kaya Hotel in Kyoto! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. The location made it super easy to get around—close to transport and plenty of great food spots nearby.
The staff were lovely and really helpful with recommendations, which made exploring Kyoto even better. It felt like a mix of modern comfort with a bit of that local charm. Would definitely stay here again "
