"Very clean facility, excellent location, friendly staff. The only problem is finding the place. The listing on Expedia gives the address but it is the address of a complex. The hotel is on the 6th floor. If you face the front of the building (looking at Starbucks) the entrance is on the left side of the building. Look for the big lemon statue."

"Lousy check in. Need to fight for a simple shower which I booked as special requests. Hotel looks nice for the lobby. Rooms are ok but older. Towels are fringed out. Everything is around 15 to 20 years old heavy used but well maintained. As money is the religion in China, is it same in this hotel. Hotel is prepaid and they want to have additional deposit of double hotel price. I really don't like this behaviour. Will not go again. There are better and nicer hotels in Hangzhou."

"It was only for a quick temporary one night stay so we chose the closer location to the hospital where it’s only less than 10 mins walk. The facilities of the hotel itself is pretty old although they’re mostly clean. The lights are weak and the curtains are dusty. Not the best stay but okay just for a quick night check out. "

"This hotel is located in the heart of the busy city and it is just a block away from the metro station. It is also very close to the West Lake park entry, The room is small but clean. It is worth the money. "

"Ich buche viel über hotels.com, auch in China, aber ich bin mir nicht sicher ob dieses Hotel nicht besser wieder aus dem Listing genommen werden sollte ? Bei meiner Ankunft, zugegeben kurz vor Mitternacht, hatte das Empfangspersonal ein Fax von hotels.com vorliegen mit einem vereinbarten Zimmerpreis, war mit diesem aber nicht zufrieden und wollte daher von mir eine Aufzahlung haben ! Ich blieb stur, wies nach dass ich selbst an hotels.com deutlich mehr bezahlt hatte als in dem Fax stand, und...
