"When I arrived, my kids immediately saw rides and a pool. I was immediately told by brother of the host that this area is private. It is literally the same building, same garden, same premises. Why is the “private” area for brother not separate. It’s like living in the hotel. How are the guests supposed to know. My kids were left crying for hours on arrival and then in the morning because of this.
I also requested for the checkout a little late which was declined and not even 30min were...

"Used as a stopover due to a late evening flight arrival . 10minutes if that from the airport by taxi . Family room immaculate and ideal . Breakfast was a self service simple affair but more than adequate . Host was there and helpful with bus information for our car rental .
Communication regards Venice Exemption passes and how to self check in from the host were great"

"Such a lovely place, the breakfast is amazing. The host was super friendly even though we arrived late. She stayed up and accommodated us at the last minute, made us feel welcome. Rooms are comfortable. WiFi works great. It's a 15 minute drive from the Treviso airport, parking is easy, and the place is off the main road so very quiet and peaceful. "

"The apartment was clean, the check-in process was easy, and the place was easy to find. The neighborhood is quiet and nice, and considering the price, everything was really good and met our expectations.
The only small downside was the check-in time. Check-in is strictly at 3:00 PM, and since we arrived about 10 minutes earlier, we had to wait outside until exactly 3:00 to access the code. As there is no front desk or staff on site, it would be great if there could be a bit more flexibility in...

"Breakfast was very good, Buffet style. Room was clean. Best location a minute or two away from the Rialto stop which takes you to and from the airport via alilaguna water taxi, just steps away from the Rialto bridge, bathroom very modern with tiled floor, great AC, shower and toilet facilities very clean which is my number 1 priority, room on the ornate side, with floor rugs, beds topped with traditional fabrics etc. stayed on first floor, was a bit of a walk through corridors, up flight of stairs then down to get to room, it was a different experience but not bad at all."
"For a hotel built is 1562, this place was amazing. Loved the parts that are still original, updated building but has that old world charm. Staff extremely accommodating and very helpful for getting any and all services, water taxi, luggage, etc. highly recommend this hotel, close enough to the main square, 10 minute walk. Would stay there again."
"Staff and rooms were lovely. Air conditioning was great - could leave on and come back to a very cold room - which was perfect in the heat. Fantastic location. 5 mins walk to a plaza/square with 5-6 nice restaurants and 10 minutes in over direction to st marks square. Small shop very near for some cold drinks. Would recommend the sunset jazz cruise if looking for something different to do one evening.
Would also recommend reaching out to the hotel to book a water taxi. They have their own dock at the back entrance of the hotel."
"The room was exceptionally comfortable. Great bed, very quiet, and clean. The bathroom was well equipped, although anyone taller than 6ft may find the shower enclosure a little small. You really can't do much better in terms of location, with a private dock for water taxi dropoff+pickup, and about a 5 minute walk in either direction to St Marks Square or the Rialto Bridge areas. The staff were friendly and helpful in organising my taxi to the airport, and giving honest advice of a few good locations to eat and drink at nearby. Overall, highly recommended."
"Convenience - my one word summary. A solid 4+ star. Staff were helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Did not match the pictures though - room was carpeted, no wood flooring - not a deal breaker. No USB charging ports in my room and make sure to bring your power adapters. Highly recommend you sign up for the daily breakfast - wide variety of options.
Parking - public covered parking close to the hotel costs €22 daily. However, if you park at Star Parking located behind the hotel, you can get a special €14 daily rate. It’s outdoor parking on a first come first serve basis and you have to let the hotel validate your ticket at checkout.
Icing. Right across the street from the train station. For €1.50 you can take Trenitalia into Venice, Santa Lucia - about a 10 minute ride - air conditioned, very comfortable, hardly any wait.
Also an ACTV bus stop and ticket vending machine is in the middle of the street across from the hotel. ACTV operates a bus and water bus (boat) line in the heart of Venice. For €25 you can get a daily pass for unlimited bus and boat rides they operate. They also have two and three day passes. Bus line number 2 takes you directly from the hotel to the bus depot in Venice, Santa Lucia. About a 15 minute ride. Bus is not air conditioned and can get crowded. If you just want a one way bus ticket, it’s €1.50. You can purchase your ACTV passes in advance. They don’t activate till you validate them the very first time….
