"The place is what I consider to be in “hotel alley”. Many choices available to fit your budget. My stay at Hotel Celta was very pleasant. I truthfully would rate them a 5 star rating but for the fact that they don’t have a mini fridge to stash snack and beverages. The other small ding is the fact there’s no restaurant service after 11am for guest like myself who like to sleep in late. Lastly there’s no onsite bar which isn’t a deal breaker but the hotel may not have enough guest that ask for...
