The parking was close and plentiful. The staff was welcoming and nice. The included breakfast buffet was amazing with fresh hot foods, juice, coffee and courteous service. The room was cleaned daily and big with a nice patio area and bathroom with a separate tub and shower.

My husband and I stayed here with our daughter and my mom while attending my best friend’s wedding in Guadalajara, and we had a wonderful experience. From the moment we arrived, we felt truly welcomed by the staff. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant served delicious food, and the breakfast buffet offered an excellent variety of options, from healthy choices to traditional Mexican cuisine, so there was something for everyone. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Guadalajara. We would definitely stay here again!

This is a really pretty property in a nice location. The trees in the ground are specially beautiful. The rooms are quite large. The room service food that we ordered was really excellent as was the buffet breakfast. There were some maintenance issues and the gym is very much out of date, but I would definitely stay here again.

I booked 3 rooms in the beginning of January, 2026. Every room had a musty smell. The showers were covered in mold. The toilet overflowed twice in one of the rooms. The pools were not maintained. I was double charged for a breakfast meal. It has been over a month since my visit and I am still waiting for my refund. The staff were very friendly and polite.
