"The house was impeccably clean and organized. The host had already thought of every possible question and had answers written down in English in various guides and instructions. He also provided helpful maps identifying local restaurants and attractions nearby. The host had great communication and had thought of everything. "Amazing stay - couldn’t recommend more. The staff are incredibly attentive and helpful, the hotel is set in a beautiful location and the entire experience is flawless. The food is excellent as well, although it’s worth noting that both the dinner and breakfast are very generous meals - best not to eat too much beforehand! Thank you so much to all of the staff - we had a wonderful time with you and hope to see you again soon!"

"Great location close to Omicho market. Room was clean and spacious, beds comfortable, Japanese bed robes, fancy toilet, separate shower, good hot water pressure. Hallways were strangely quite dark. We were offered a welcome drink which was appreciated. There is also a free coffee machine in the lobby. Staff were polite and provided loan umbrellas when it was snowing outside. The buffet breakfast was really nice with tasty food and occasional changes to the offering. The breakfast coffee wasn't to my liking however so I used the free machine instead"
