Clean property, thinner walls, need to walk to their sister building for fully loaded breakfast, sauna and exercise facilities, but super quiet corner property with peeking balcony view of sun moon lake on the 5th floor.

因為是寵物友善飯店，兩了兩隻可愛的貓，來到飯店就有度假感，距離纜車跟伊達邵碼頭都很近，飯店後面就是環湖步道了

早上八點左右會有垃圾車經過，會在意的住客要考量一下，床和枕頭很舒服，房間打掃很乾淨，室內可移動的桌子比較小一點，值得一住。

晚餐太糟了，不要在飯店用晚餐。
房間不是很乾 淨，床下有厚厚的灰塵及前客人掉的東西，地上都是頭髮，沒有吸塵。
櫃檯很友善，硬體設備還不錯。早餐很舒服。

1.空調無法設定溫度，跟櫃台反應後，給的答案居然是他們就是這樣，無法調到我想要的溫度，如太冷的話請我關掉空調開窗吹自然風。一夜睡下來，我的小孩感冒了。
2.早餐食物補充的很慢，收拾也不快，看似人手不足。
