An average place to stay. We stayed for one night, it was a bit noisy with some groups there, oftentimes we can smell someone’s smoking in the deck area (although prohibited by the hotel) which was very unpleasant. But the dinner was very good (although we got there late) and the staff were helpful.

We had a family room for 3 adults and 2 kids. The front desk staff were not sound friendly when asking direction. Spa & sauna was not in the same building, it was location at another hotel behind Liching. The place has no elevator and our room was at L4. When asked for help to bring luggage down, front desk request to leave it at the door and help will be deploy when they were free, but our transportation is waiting downstairs. Not convenient for young kids or elderly

比預期的好很多！ 房間雖然簡單 但是乾淨！ 光這點就及格了 木造屋一般隔音不好 但是大概因為當天入住旅客不多 完全沒有被吵到 還有SPA 很好 早餐簡單 但是也及格了 整體來說 有超出預期的品質

物超所值的旅宿環境

1、浴室沒有浴缸，淋浴間乾濕分離，熱水充分供應，彌補沒辦法泡澡的遺憾 2、房間大小適中，屋外有庭園桌椅可以在外面吃東西聊天，很棒 3、早餐高山蔬菜加簡單的配菜，可以吃飽，就不用太挑剔了 4、戶外庭院植栽很用心

我不想再去住了

客房地板有異音，衛浴空間太老舊，隔天早上無熱水，只能用冰水刷牙洗臉，在山區水都超冰的～～

這間酒店的浴室是最大嘅問題，他們完全沒有浴缸也沒有企缸的間隔，浴簾也沒有，除了簡陋之外，安全性也很低，風筒也接在洗手盆旁邊，完全沒有遮擋，要吹頭的話，濕著腳着地吹頭很危險，沖完涼全浴室地下都是水，連去洗手間都很難進入；另外從房間外面的走廊望出去個風景，和圖片上載顯示的有不同，不是圖片上的那麼壯麗，有點失望。
