They had the dirty dishes from two days in my room, used the towels from two days, that was disastrous, at the reception they don’t explain to you that there are different kinds of bracelets and being on the beach with my daughter made me move to another part of the beach because I didn’t have the red bracelet, no chairs to sit on and we were had to stay with all the people who smoke and me with a minor, the only good experience was the Almar restaurant, good attention and good food, and in the other restaurants, the food is not good, often cold and without flavor. "Only thing half decent at the hotel was the activities by the pool. Food/Drinks extremely over priced. Absolutely appalled by the service from the check in staff. On our honeymoon was advised all room types were available but with a hefty charge. Would not stay again. We changed rooms twice due to noise and even then we only had a room change after convincing the concierge staff to speak to the front desk for us as they would not help us at all. "
