I was completely surprised at how lovely this hotel was! It was super clean. The staff was super friendly and everything was perfect. The breakfast was delicious. I loved the warm pan dulce. I would completely stay at this place again! Very peaceful vibe!

This is a fantastic location for exploring Chichen Itza. Our rooms overlooked the jungle and pool area and had loads of wildlife to see. The pool was lovely and exactly what we needed after a long day exploring the ruins. Staff were friendly and nice. The restaurant was good with large portions. Slightly expensive, but the hotel is isolated so limited options available. Overall a lovely stay.

This was one of the best hotels we have stayed at in Mexico. The staff were particularly amazing. Always attentive. Exceptionally helpful. The food was also excellent! It was amazing to have such a great hotel at the Chichen Itza's doorstep. Excellent value for money as well.

I loved how attentive helpful and kind the staff were. The room was beautiful. And the location was right by the archeological zone for Chichen Itza so I could go multiple times. This is the place to stay if your main goal is to explore Chichen Itza. The spa was also very nice. We found a good economical way to reach it is by Tren Maya the train is very nice.

Highly recommend this hotel for visiting Chichén Itzá. We stayed two nights and weren’t expecting a lot, but it is a new, very nicely decorated resort type hotel with nice pools, gym and pretty grounds. The food in the restaurant is very good and reasonably priced. It is a 10 minute drive to Chichen Itza so you beat the crowds. It is lovely to relax by the pool or on the balcony.

The staff were very friendly. Perfect location if you’re visiting Chichen Itza. They shuttled us to and from the Tren Maya station. They stored our luggage prior to check-in and shuttled us to Chichen Itza, one of the seven wonders of the world, which is definitely a must see. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. Will definitely stay again, hopefully really soon.

The place was fabulous, very clean and quite. The service was over the moon. It is a very new place so the rooms where top notch. Only 1 small problem is the road is not very good but they where working on it so it will also be excellent in dur time.

WOW WOW WOW, Stunning hotel, friendly and attentive staff, nothing was too much bother. Rooms were beautifully decorated and furnished, everything was of super quality. Amazing grounds and the pool area...fabulous. Hidden gem sounds like an old cliche however this was truly outstanding. Ideal location for visiting Chichen Itza. Don't be put off driving up the track to the hotel,(awaiting the road from Maya train station to Chichen Itza being built) Book now!

This place is by far one of the best stays I've ever had. Staff was very friendly and attentive, from check-in to check-out. Dinner options were so good, traditional and cultural options, and most importantly, reasonably priced. Also, the gym was great.
