"Amazing location and friendly staff. It’s going through a refurb and the lift is currently out of order but they warned us before hand and offered to help with luggage! The hotel is so quaint and the room was perfect for us (family room)!Our room had an amazing view of the abbey! Breakfast was lovely with plenty of choice. We had Sunday lunch in the restaurant and that was amazing!! 0% alcohol on tap which is amazing (I’m alcohol free and normally stuck with bottles).Planning on many more trips here!!"

"This was an excellent one night stay at a lovely hotel in the middle of Leeds. To be honest, I have often ignored Queens, as I had the impression that although high quality, it was expensive. However, when I booked, the price including breakfast was actually less than the nearby Wellington Premier Inn. The room was well appointed, very clean and quiet. The bar was a lovely room and reasonably priced for a hotel bar. The only complaint I would have is the poor choice of beers, with only lagers on draught and no bitters or IPA. Breakfast was buffet style but excellent, with plenty of choice of hot food, cold food, pastries and cereals. The only negative was that the tables were very close together, and the clients were not spread about the room, but concentrated in one area exacerbating the noise."
