I’ve often stayed at this hotel on business and pleasure but will think twice about future reservations. We arrived but couldn’t park our car anywhere since parking was full. Rather than taking our car, the valet pointed to a paid parking lot inside an office building nearby which we needed to move before Monday. All roads around the hotel are a construction zone and it is difficult to even get to the hotel. While moving the car, we received a $400 ticket - for going through a green light “only for TTC vehicles”. What are TTC vehicles?! No other way to get to the hotel. Another negative is that they do not have a restaurant. No breakfast. Only a lounge in the lobby. The rooms are adequate but no bottled water in the room. They made us change rooms since I had 2 days of personal, 1 day business thus 2 separate reservations. They didn’t really care if we were VIP Expedia. In summary, not worth the price and no longer a 4 star hotel
