"Loved just about everything at this hotel, lovely room, view, location. But the service in the western dining room and the lounge was horrible. The breakfast service was so slow, was it because we didnt have a coupon for the free breakfast? The beverage lounge was almost non existent service, we had to get up to find a server. "
