"Noisy places, need remodel. Everywhere is old rusty."

"Understaffed. Nearly impossible to get room clean outside of their schedule. I feel bad for their staff. The owner needs to step up and hire more than 3 cleaners. "

"We loved our room which overlooked the river. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially with overcoming the language barrier. It is really hard deciding on which ryokan to go to but if you're looking for a more intimate and traditional experience, this is a great option! They had a private onsen in our room, public baths seperated by gender, and four private baths as well. All of the facilities were beautiful and very clean!"

"Check out time is 11am, many hotel is 12pm. If u want leave luggage in reception and drive out the car still have to come back at 11am. "

"The hotel itself is not too bad with clean and reasonably sized rooms. Entry by car was hard to find and on my last day after checkout, staff was almost forcing me to take my car out of their carpark even though I have parked there for less then 24 hours and said if I left car any longer I will have to pay an hourly rate. Not great experience."

"I wish we stayed here longer, the staff were amazing and helpful even with the language barrier. The location is authentically Japanese, or as close as possible. The Onsens were amazing and food was delicious. I was planning on gate keeping the location so it doesn’t become too westernised, but the place is too amazing and hopefully it keeps its Japanese roots. "
