"Average hotel room in somewhat convenient location "

"Breakfast was minimal and subpar. Facility is showing it's age. Plumbing was in disrepair. "

"The TV didn’t work, so I tried to call the front desk and the phone didn’t work. They eventually switched the room, which was better. This hotel needs a real makeover. Towel bars coming out of the wall, chipped paint on doors and woodwork, old furniture. I have stayed in Quality Inns before, and they're normally much nicer than this one was"

"The stay was fine, spent 2 nights there and no one showed up to clean the room. I had to call multiple times to at least get fresh new towels"

"I was not happy with the hotel at all. The room was cold and the thermostat did not adjust to the desired temperature. The rest was just OK. Parking is NOT free and must be scanned with QR code so make sure you do this prior to going to the room and getting comfy. "

"We typically opt to stay at Home 2 Suites locations because of the kitchens, pools, and breakfast options. The parking was readily available, but this location is difficult to get to. I wouldn't stay again. The one night we had available to utilize the pool, the water was murky and you could not see the bottom. We only tried to eat breakfast once, we went around 8 am, and most everything was already gone, so we didn't try again. This location falls short in comparison to the other locations that we have stayed at. The employees are what made the stay better. Everyone we interacted with was very pleasant."
