"Decent place to stay when traveling from out of state and staying on a budget"

"I need to have a better continental breakfast. There’s nothing but toast coffee juice muffins absolutely nothing that’s good for you. I need to open door so a cigarette smell smoke out of the corridors. Higher women with better personalities from the front desk, the staff is great all of the workers cordial and helpful."

"Great stay every time. The motel is in a convenient location with easy access to nearby restaurants and stores. The room and property were clean and well maintained, and the staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay. I also appreciated that someone was available around the clock whenever assistance was needed. Would definitely recommend."

"We loved that this is an independent hotel and small business. The owner is a local and cares about Montclair. The interior is decorated brilliantly and has a clever motif. For example, the rooms don't have numbers, they have names. Inside each room you will find photos of famous people with that name. It's a fun game to guess who each of these people are and some of them may surprise you. Breakfast was included and some of the offerings came from local businesses. Parking was ample, which is a big deal in this area of Montclair. The hotel is also ideally placed within walking distance from many of the major attractions in town; it's nice to park the car in one, safe, location and be able to get to many of the places that makes this town special. Check-in and check-out is easy. We also loved the candy bar!"
