"I’ve stayed at Courtyards previously and this was not the best. Others had breakfast buffets with a charge. This had an area with Starbucks coffee and a very limited selection. The room was spacious and well equipped. My wife and I don’t like to have daily maid service for a three night stay, so we keep the do not disturb tag on the door. On day one the liquid soap dispenser was empty which I believe should have been filled before our arrival. I tried to use the coffee on morning one, and while the water got hot, it wasn’t pulling the water through the tube to the coffee filter. I was almost scalded by the steam coming from the machine. I decided that coffee wasn’t a necessity and reported the problem when I checked out. The shower was aesthetically pleasing but the water flow was horrible. If you wanted a cold shower the pressure was great, but as you increased the temperature the flow decreased and it was difficult to find a happy middle. I know some people like a firm mattress, but this wasn’t just firm, it was uncomfortable. "

"The tub had black mold inside I ask one of the lady that was cleaning the room next door if she could please come and clean it really fast. I even offer to pay just for the inconvenience of her doing it. She look at me told me no and said to ask the next lady on shift. After that I left didn’t even stay till the next day. "

"Hotel is undergoing renovations so front area is very dusty. Breakfast was fine. Rooms were average. It was fine for 1 night"

"Easy parking, but very difficult to see the sign for the hotel. Room was clean but some things need updating. The blackout curtains had holes in them. Breakfast was the typical. Not decaf coffee tho. Pool has been shut down indefinitely but wasn’t listed on their website. "
