"Banyantree Tianjin絕對把招牌放錯了建築物，完全沒有一點與Banyantree的特色連結，若一定要說有..就只有SPA,可惜了，又再次糟蹋了Banyantree的經典SPA,非常失望。 我們08/11住河東區香格里拉很棒，軟硬體服務具佳，08/12住悅榕莊，08/13住和平區的Ritz Carlton. 三個品牌都是世界知名品牌，也都傳承其該有特色，只有悅榕莊無法想像思考，請把我的名字列入它的黑名單吧！絕不會再回去住宿，可惜天津這麼有質量的海河沿岸被悅榕莊破壞了!"
