Great staff, property, and place to stay. Very central to the city and helpful team working there. I left an item in the room and they were able to hold it until I returned to pick it up. They go above and beyond
Our three-night stay was met with exceptional accommodations and impeccable service. The breakfast and happy hour offerings provided a wide variety of delicious food choices.
The hotel facilities are excellent and the location is prime. Unfortunately, the service was disappointing. Breakfast was added at check-in with my consent, but at no point was I informed that I would be charged regardless of whether I used it. At check-out, I was charged for a breakfast I did not consume. When I questioned this, the staff falsely insisted that I had used the breakfast, yet he was unable to provide any evidence when I asked for proof. He then offered to waive the charge, but that was not the point. I was not asking for a favour but objecting to being charged for something I never used. This kind of dishonest and unprofessional handling is unacceptable. The service level is inconsistent with the hotel’s otherwise high-quality facilities. To make matters worse, the room service food was also disappointing.
This hotel is best managed, with friendly staff who are customer centric. Achieving this consistency is rare across their difference service departments from front desk, to house keeping to dinning. Kudos to everyone!
Overall, it would be better if there was less noise when opening or closing the room door at midnight.
Thanks for the service of keeping my room clear.
The hotel enjoys a prime location in the heart of Chengdu, situated just 200 meters from the Tianfu Square metro station. Its central position places guests within walking distance of the city's key attractions, including vibrant commercial districts, historic quarters, and cultural landmarks, ensuring a seamless and enriching travel experience.
One of the standout features of the hotel is its exceptional Executive Lounge. Guests can indulge in a refined afternoon tea experience, followed by a selection of high-quality early evening dining options, all while enjoying breathtaking panoramic views of the city skyline. The ambiance, service, and culinary offerings create an atmosphere of exclusivity and relaxation.
The only notable drawback is the generally limited proficiency in English among the staff, which may present minor communication challenges for international guests. However, their hospitality and willingness to assist largely compensate for this aspect, ensuring a warm and welcoming stay.
The hotel was not well managed as it has smoking everywhere when we enter into the check in floor. The surrounding of this hotel is chaos. I won’t stay there any more in the future for sure.
