"We absolutely loved our stay here! The rooms are so roomy, super comfy and we loved the split level! But the outstanding part of our experience is by far and above the staff! From the team in reception to Nicole, Fatima, Esther, Sophia and the others whose names escape me sorry, genuinely kind, welcoming, caring and went above and beyond for us. We have never had an experience like this where we felt so at home to be honest! Plus the laundry is free, great for drying out damp clothes….. and the food in the Altitudes restaurant was superb! We will be back! Thank you for an awesome stay!"

"Great location. Beautiful room. Let down by food quality of dinner and breakfast. In addition, they constantly ran out of bowls, cups and cutlery at breakfast. The food side of things needs some attention as the accomodation side of things is great."

"It was a lovely place to stay and the spa after a day of hiking was appreciated. I would have liked the security lighting on the roads be turned off to better appreciate the stars given the windows in the cabins allowed a view outside. But a wonderful stay."
