"Cradle Mountain Hotel was excellent.
All of the staff - reception, food/bar, dining, cleaners, housekeeping was amazing.
They were so friendly, helpful, efficient, and professional.
They would always greet us warmly every time we passed by them.
Our room was spotless, warm and very comfortable.
Thank you for the $10 voucher off our drinks each day) we had chosen to go green and no have our bedding and towels replaced).
The breakfast was fantastic- fresh produce and a wide variety of hot and cold dishes.
We would definitely stay at this hotel again next year.
Thank you to all the staff for a wonderful stay."
"Cabin was very cosy. Ample amenities for self catering. Wonderful setting in the wilderness. Great walks. Staff amazing. Peace and quiet much appreciated."
"Rooms are very nice and clean. Parking is good right outside your door. Has a laundry room so no need to look for a laundromat. But most of all staff are very nice and very helpful. Great view from the front door."
"It was a lovely place to stay and the spa after a day of hiking was appreciated. I would have liked the security lighting on the roads be turned off to better appreciate the stars given the windows in the cabins allowed a view outside. But a wonderful stay."
