The gentleman who showed us to our room was lovely and friendly . It’s a beautiful old heritage building and we were lovely comfy and felt safe . Sure it could do with some attention but “ hey “ don’t we all need that at our own homes . Over all a very pleasant stay and we will return as soon as we can . Thankyou 🙂

Go with an open mind and enjoy, the building is a wonderful old pub full of interest for the visitor. The restaurant downstairs is great, right in the old pub, we were there on Curry night, very good! Continental breakfast is set up in a common area upstairs - take what you want back to your room. Room facilities and condition are very ordinary but we enjoyed our stay.

Quirky and cute. Old heritage building with upstairs rooms so getting up creaky stairs was fun! Great staff. Restaurant on site with great meals at good prices. Room was very comfortable. A great stay

We stayed for four nights . The room was never cleaned. Nowhere to place you luggage. Toilet was running for the whole time, Water in the bath tub was brown. Windows , curtains and carpet are not cleaned in quite some time. Fireplace in the room was smelling. Breakfast was a joke. No bread on Monday. Overall not a boutique accommodation

This is one of the most unique properties anywhere. The old world charm, the outstanding dining experience. The friendly happy, down to earth staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable with an old world rustic charm. The towels were huge and fluffy and toiletries were delightful. Love this place

we stayed at the 2 bedroom villa unit it was comfortable, spacious and clean, we had an easy check in and friendly staff at the hotel and the unit was up the road a bit.

The property was a great size and spacious for the 3 of us - great for a quick one night stopover. You could tell that it had been surface cleaned but not deep cleaned - there were dead bugs squished on the lamp, dirty marks in the shower, cobwebs on the inside and outside.

Ofsite room

Stayed in the ofsite "room". It is actually a 2 bedroom apartment. Spacious, clean, it had everything you need in the room down to pots pans fully kitted out. Comfortable bed in large bedrooms. Maybe 10% dearer than i would expect but it was a long weekend.

The room pictured was not the room we stayed in. The staff member who checked us in was lovely, spotted us and checked us in. Check out easy. Terrible decor. Shower too hot or too cold. Toilet seat did not stay up. Large cobwebs. Bed was saggy and valance on bed dirty.
