"This was a really beautiful place to stay, but the front office was just awful. No help or information whatsoever in trying to accommodate the guests in information about the hotel, the surrounding area and things to do in the hotel. In addition, one day our room was not cleaned and the front desk didn’t want to compensate in any manner except that they were “sorry”. Didn’t even offer anything to help rectify the mistake."

"We stayed one night with our 3 kids. the room was renovated and nice, could use a rug, since the floor was cold. There were beds for 5 and a sofa that opens for one more if needed. Plenty of bed linens as well. Cons- no dishes in the kitchenette, and the microwave had nowhere to plug it it. we had to move it and it was heavy. Great area with lots to do. nice country club style indoor pool ( Beit Eyal) with an extra nominal fee ( 30 Shekels per person)"

"Good value for money Close to Zemach junction (by car) The room and facilities were generally ok. The room was cold and air conditioning was very noisy. There were extra pillows and blanket. The walls are thin and you can hear people outside and next door noises Didn't have a chance to use the pool or eat the breakfast"

"The fixed price kosher meals in the milk/fish restaurant were unbelievably diverse and superbly done. The facility was very beautiful, very upscale. The views of Rosh Pinna and the rest of the valley below were amazing when eating on the terrace. The staff was outstanding and very helpful and very friendly. Lots of staff. "
