Staff was nice, the hotel was gorgeous. The breakfast was delicious. the only thing was that the walls were thin and you could hear noise in the halls.

Liked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities
The staff were very kind, the room was clean and spacious, the breakfast was disappointing...we expected fresh fruits and fresh cheeses, everything felt a bit stale and drylike its been prepared on the try since yesterday
I had an amazing experience at this hotel! From the moment I arrived, the staff was warm, welcoming, and attentive to every detail. The room was spacious, spotless, and well-equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay.
The location was perfect—close to major attractions yet peaceful enough for a relaxing retreat. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and dining options, exceeded my expectations. Breakfast was delicious with a great variety of fresh options.
Overall, a fantastic stay with exceptional service. I will definitely return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and hassle-free experience!
We stayed at several hotels throughout Israel and Sofia was by far the best. It was clean, updated, and beautiful. The staff was very hospitable and kind and I only wish we had stayed there longer.
Really good hotel, food is very good too with a variety, no meat though all kosher. It was excellent though.

First and last time
Hotel was extremely over priced for what the hotel is. Service, cleanliness, food were mediocre. Staff was nice but not super attentive. Ask for pool towels took an hour to get them. Asked for water to be replaced when the room was being made up which they give you 2 bottles. Never happened. Property was nice but cleanliness was not great a lot of families and lots of kids making messes of eating and pool areas really required more staff and attentiveness to stay on top off it. Holliday’s or not place was extremely over priced for what they are offering at best they are a 3 star hotel asking for 5 star pricing.

I would prefer a refund. The location of the hotel is great however despite website saying 3pm check they didnt have room ready until about 7pm. Upon entry to room there was urine in toilet. About half past 8pm a random man entered my room despite me having the door locked. It appeared tl hBe luggage so still not sure if my room was assigned to another guest as well. The view was beautiful and the breakfast was great.

Beautiful space, staff needs help.
Beautiful space, very modern, lovely lobby, public spaces and rooms.however most of the staff were rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful.
The front desk staff were fine, however the people at the pool were the most unprofessional hotel staff I have ever encountered. The life guard was either on his phone or walking around. The food staff did not even acknowledge questions in English. Towels were few and far between .
Also the pool area was very crowded with small children running around. Definitely not a relaxing experience.
The hotel seems to have a laundry issue Towels were collected but not refreshed.issue-
The hotel is new and undergoing it’s ‘run in’ period, so expect a few teething issues. With only one staff member on check in, it took 30 minutes due to computer issues. However, the staff member was lovely and very apologetic. The room was clean, spacious and with great amenities. The aircon took a few minutes to come on, so initially we thought it was broken and called Reception. Staff came promptly but the aircon had started by then. Some of the lighting switches did not work, a problem experienced by a friend in another room, so connections need to be checked. The rooftop brasserie is awesome, with a fantastic view over Lake Kinnaret, friendly staff and a good, limited selection of food. We didn’t try the restaurant for dinner but breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of food. The hotel is Kosher.
Hotel novo e confortável!
Minha ressalva foi quanto ao restaurante que tinha disponível no hotel.
O serviço era de buffet, não tinha outra opção. A comida não era agradável e não podíamos pedir a la carte.
We were not notified that the pool was open only on weekends. Also, the food wasn't anything special either. The rooms are beautiful and so is the view but that doesn't justify the sub-par experience in the hotel.
The property was ok its just the staff was not knowledgeable and not friendly i ended up paying the price of a nighly stay just because i had child with me i never heard that before when i ask for explanation they said thats the policy of the hotel i always book via expedia and that never happened to me. I told the manager i understand you are a business but be honest and doint scam people!
