We were looking for a hotel with a history...and we found one with three generations working in the hotel. Rooms and common area lovely. Pool looked clean and inviting. Plenty of free parking...important in a city hotel

A wonderful place in a historical hotel 😍

The hotel is clean, friendly, the manager of the hotel Avi was super nice and friendly, asked us after breakfast if everything was OK and gave us great tips for trips in the area of Tiberias. The hotel is a historical place, with lots of stories which Avi gladly told us 🙂 The staff were very helpful and nice.. A family hotel with a home away from home atmosphere! We will be back ❤

be careful you might be robbed

Hotel is good however I'm giving it one star and terrible experience as the cleaning lady went through our luggage and robbed us some jewelry. Its ok to stay there as long as you don't forget to place values as much as possible in the safe.

Very disappointing. Ambivalent staff at reception. Door lock loose and needs jiggling to open, no fridge, a/c works but only just, shower rose loose on wall, front cover fell off soap dispenser first time used, bed light flashes and overall fittings quite old. Booked for 2 nights but left after one and booked at another hotel. Very disappointing.

Parkplatz für Auto ist sehr okay und hat viel Platz. Hotel ist in die Jahre gekommen, da helfen auch offensichtlich vor kurzem gemachte Zimmerausstattungsupdates nicht weiter. Blick vom Zimmer war auf eine Bauruine, und die Strasse nebenan sehr laut. Die Wände zum Nachbarzimmer waren so dünn, das ich den Nachbarn husten, schnarchen und furzen hören konnte.

Nice Small Boutique Hotel

Good Experience, nice Small Boutique Hotel, Staff was Very Kind and helpful. The hotel is very close To Tiberias center an the Kineret Sea. The hotel is very clean, Room Was nicely New Redesigned. Very large, comfortable with a nice terrace Swimming pool view. We would like to visit again.

Location was fine. Staff were pleasant. Air conditioning unit worked well. Breakfast was disappointing with some of the foods cold (when they should be warm) and stale. Hot water kettle in the room worked only if you unplugged the refrigerator. Towels were sparse and very thin and old. Water from the shower leaked onto the bathroom floor. There were no soap/shampoo in the bathroom. When I asked they gave us about 8 bottles of shampoo and shower gel which we ended up using for hand washing in the sink. That was fine but a little weird. I’m not sure if they ran out of soap for the sink. For some reason they gave us the wheelchair accessible room even though we didn’t need it. Pool closed too early, at 7pm.
