"I’m very disappointed with my experience here. While the property was beautiful and clean and the onsen pools were beautiful, the service here was some of the worst I’ve ever experienced. I arrived to the hotel around 10 AM at which point all of the restaurants and all of the Hot Springs and the gift shop were closed. It was pouring rain and foggy so there was nowhere to go except sit in the lobby with about a dozen other guests for several hours while we waited for our roomsto be ready. The...
