The staff where good people, it was a little difficult to get to, but the whole place is surrounded by nature, and you can't beat the price for the location. would recommend to anyone.

Superb stay. Absolutely excellent staff, really helpful and gone out their way to help. Gorgeous views of forest around and down the hill fabulous walks and bike rides. Also awesome place to run, such a fresh air and beautiful atmosphere with lots of surroundings. So much to do, park, water rides, golf as well horseriding. Would definitely recommend

The hotel was great and well kept. It’s ideal if you’re driving. The driver was incredibly helpful, thank you. Shirt ride to Hirano beach, perfect location for sunrise and sunset.

It was a lovely hotel tucked away in the woods. They had a very nice breakfast and the staff was very helpful. I wish they had different type of slippers to wear inside the facility. I have small feet and it’s hard to keep them on going up the stairs.

Wir haben hier einige sehr schöne Tage als Familie verbracht. Das Hotel ist klein, aber fein. Wir haben es als Basislager für den Fuji genutzt. Von dort lassen sich drei der vier Routen gut mit dem Bus erreichen. Den Onsen im Hotel konnte man kostenlos pro Zimmer reservieren und privat nutzen. Es war sehr angenehm nach dem Abstieg die Beine etwas zu lockern. Das Familienzimmer war zu viert sehr geräumig. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich. Wir würden das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Sehr zu empfehlen ist auch das zum Betreiber gehörende Café Noir auf der anderen Seite des Sees.

山中湖の静かな環境にあるホテルです。中国系のスタッフの方がワンオペで頑張っており、日本語で一生懸命対応してくれる姿には好感が持てました。ただ、日本の一般的なリゾートホテルのサービス水準を期待していくと、設備面などで戸惑う部分があるかもしれません。 気になった点 空調の自由度： なぜかこの季節なのに暖房の切り替えがフロント一括制御となっており、個別に指示を出さないと調整できない点は、今の時代少し不便に感じました。 • お風呂とサウナ： 大浴場が男女別ではなく時間制の貸切運用でした。夫婦で一緒に入れるメリットはありますが、露天風呂が使えず、サウナの温度も「汗が出ないほど低い」状態だったのは非常に残念です。 • 防音性： 壁が薄いのか、隣の部屋の赤ちゃんの声がかなり響きます。静寂を求める方は対策が必要かもしれません。 • 食事： 朝食ビュッフェやウェルカムコーヒーについては、及第点ではありますが、質より種類という印象です。 総評 おそらく経営が海外資本に変わったようで、運営スタイルも合理的というか、良くも悪くも「外人向け」の割り切った作りです。スタッフの対応自体は悪くないので、細かい設備や食にこだわらず、貸切風呂を家族で利用したいといった目的であればアリだと思います。 「リゾート」という言葉から期待するラグジュアリーさにはあと一歩届かないため、今後の改善に期待を込めての評価とします。

本日午前9時頃、ノックや事前の連絡も一切ないまま、スタッフがカードキーで私たちの部屋のドアを開け、入室しようとしました。おそらく清掃のためだったと思われます。 当時、私は起床直後で着替えもしておらず、このような対応はホテルとして極めて不適切であり、非常に不快でした。この行為は安全面においても問題があり、到底容認できるものではありません。 私はこれを重大な権利侵害であり、私および同伴者の安全を脅かす行為だと考えています。同伴者は強いストレスを受けており、精神的な被害も生じています。もしこの部屋に女性が一人で宿泊していた場合、さらに深刻な事態に発展していた可能性もあります。 つきましては、ホテル側からの正式な説明を求めるとともに、今回の件により台無しとなった滞在・一日分に対する全額返金を要求いたします。 また、再発防止のための適切な対応を講じていただき、その内容についてご報告いただきますようお願いいたします。
