"This is a Premium high $$$ stay, you will feel very fancy here.
The private Onsen is the best I have ever had the pleasure of using (it is 1000% worth the surcharge)
The only issues I had with my stay were some inconsistencies with the online posting and the english room instructions they appeared a little out of date (for example they both listed a dinner that was not available for our stay)"

"Everyone was so kind, from the front desk employees to the dining staff. They put all of my nerves about experiencing a new culture to rest. I was nervous because it was my first time wearing a yukata, and eating a multi-course traditional Japanese meal. The servers especially were very encouraging and helpful, as I had a new question just about every time they walked by. A lot of the food was new to me, and it was absolutely delicious. I would recommend this hotel over and over again, and I will be returning."
"Beautiful location, very comfortable, excellent service and good food. The room, facilities and grounds are beautiful. It is a little remote so a car or fairly pricey taxis are needed as busses tend to be a bit slow and complicated to get anywhere. We wished we had staid longer."
"The onsen was fantastic both public and private in the room. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The rooms were spotless and we'll appointed. Superior location in beautiful setting"
"I’d like that they have a good view of Fuji mountain and the place is clean and comfy ! Onsen was the best ! Some of the staff are very friendly and some are not .. oh well I don’t ask too much but I enjoyed my stay anyway "
