"Clean room, could use a little love based on being a high end chain hotel. Location was convenient to shopping and food. There is NOT an airport shuttle as offered on Expedia. UBER available, but you can’t schedule the night before. Overall good place to crash before a flight. "

"Love this place . Epic views , jump into cenote Esmeralda right off the dock . Take a boat tour from the friendly staff that operates via the same dock . Sunrise and moonrise over the lake was incredible and worth setting alarms for . A/C worked well and maids cleaned the room sparkly clean . Building is old so there are parts where tiles are loose but that comes with the territory being oldest hotel on the lake. Overall it was an incredible stay and a hard place to leave. I hope to return but we will have to get the private cabin that doesn’t have a drop off the porch as we will be returning with a toddler next trip ."
