"Lin is a very friendly front office worker (owner), who speaks excellent English and gave a detailed welcome tour of the cold spring. Lin also provides extra towels and a pillow as requested. The hotel floors are brand new and rooms have good AC. The cold spring bath was clean and we really enjoyed it. Amazing value too!"

"What I liked: Very spacious, clean and quiet guesthouse! Very tastefully designed and the whole decor of the place was beautiful. There are lifts in the building too for you to use if you have heavy luggage. Also felt very safe as there was surveillance cameras inside and outside the building. Many lots for free self parking too. What I disliked: the area around the guesthouse is like farmland where it's surrounded by paddy fields. "Customer service was superb. Service crew will personally bring you to the hotel room. Wide range of food to choose from the buffet dinner. Green bean soup, mee sua, etc were also served between 130 to 430pm. Breakfast options could be improved."
