職員很有人情味，房間很大，日式房間很有感，房內的溫泉浴缸很大，一定要到男女分開既大眾浴場，很多不同的項目，例如有3個不同溫度的溫泉池、桑拿浴室、有一間專門用粗鹽去死皮嘅空間、強力水柱空間，有一個面向溪流嘅戶外休息地方，衛生情況很好，會令人感覺心情十分放鬆，另外有很多台北市區本地人到此處浸溫泉。唯一要注意係沒有升降機，但職員會幫手拎上房間。

The accommodation is accessible via the public bus to Wulai. The walk to Wulai old street is about 15 min but you can also take the public bus to Wulai old street. There is a small stretch of area about 5 min away where there are food available. The staff is friendly and helpful and bring our luggage to the room. Breakfast is bento style, mainly Chinese but bread is available as well. If you are looking for a stay in Wulai, this place is highly recommended.

For me, it was a great experience. The customer service was really nice, especially there was a front desk lady with short hair and specs. She seemed to enjoy her job and it’s great to have her around. The onsen was really well managed and up to standard too. Had a pleasant stay and definitely will recommend.

호텔이용에 만족합니다. 직원분들 친절하고 온천 물 좋아요.. 부들부들.. 공항출발 시간이 일찍이어서 택시예약 해주고 조식도 시간 앞당겨 주시네요. 샤오롱바 정말 맛있었어요. 유명 식당 보다 훨씬 맛나고 후식 과일도 맛있어요. 뷰도 좋고 조용하고... 온천 잠깐 하는것보다 1박하면서 여유롭게 지내는거 추천합니다.

Chambre hot spring pour 2

Superbe hôtel ! La chambre double deluxe Hot spring est vraiment incroyable et vaut le détour. Avoir son propre hot spring directement dans la chambre est un plus que peu d’hôtel fournissent. Le personnel est très aimable, le petit déjeuner est bon. Nous avons opté pour un massage qui je dois l’avouer était un peu dur pour nous car un peu trop ferme. Mais il faut croire que c’est la spécialité taïwanaise. La terrasse est très agréable avec une vue bien sympathique. Je recommande.
