"I booked this hotel for my mom, my niece and myself and was hesitant to stay in El Centro but it was the best decision for Tulum. The Villa was more than perfect for three people and we each had our own room, bathroom and view. We had an absolutely wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and cared for by Gus. Raul, Pablo and Frank were incredibly warm, attentive, and thoughtful. Their level of service was truly what you hope for from a five-star experience. I can't say enough about the staff, they went above and beyond with their hospitality and attention. All our interactions felt personal rather than just service, we felt they truly wanted us to have the best possible experience. By the end of our trip, they felt like family and we'll genuinely miss them all! The hotel has a peaceful and tranquility vibe which we loved. The property was so clean, quiet and serene that we were able to completely disconnect, slow down, and simply enjoy being present. Having our own private pool was the best and ordering room service made it easy for us to simply stay in and relax. We did the Cacao Ceremony with Fabian, and it was such a beautiful experience. We left feeling lighter, peaceful, and completely relaxed, it felt as though we had slept for hours. There was a beautiful attention to detail throughout our stay and are grateful for our experience. I would absolutely return and highly recommend this beautiful place!!"

"The property is beautiful and the staff were helpful. We booked this hotel because of its amenities. There were no details or updates on their website stating certain amenities were not available. Especially the main amenity. So we’re were quite disappointed about that. Otherwise it was a great place."

"Thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Una Vida, my only criticism is that with the Luxury House being right next to the entrance, some staff tend to congregate outside of the windows/paremeter (house is nearly all glass) which makes it less secluded than the other rooms. Other than that perfect and an easy bike ride to the market!"

"I’m sad for Tulum the hotel zone it’s like a ghost town a lot of hotel bar restaurants close the prana hotel close the restaurant but still offer the breakfast at near hotel and restaurant El Capitan they offer you 4 breakfast to choose i ended having pancakes but the last one went to have it at other place because I did not like it the beach has a lot o algae the beach it’s dark and smell so bad"
