"The property was so smelly that we had to hold our breaths to reach to our room. Dirty and smelly throughout. Empty handwash and body shower or shampoo. Dirty linens as well. "

"Room spacious, condiments & bedding dirty, shower head kept coming off, needed extra pillows, bed was really low and showed dirty marks on sheets etc, couldn’t get a breakfast, staff were rude when asked for more pillows etc and asking why questions. "

"This is a lovely hotel overall. Staff were friendly and welcoming.. Thid is my childrens fav hotel which is an added bonus "
