"Our overall experience was great! The room was spacious & clean. The mattress was comfortable even though the sheets were not 'fitted' and pulled off during the night. The rooms were recently updated so everything was adapted for modern convenience. Food choices weren't bad but could use some further improvement. Especially in quality of the food.
The amenities are excellent! Especially for families! Prices are reasonable except for the food which seems a bit high. Water Park & Go Kart racing were amazing. Roller Skating, Mini golf & Arcade were also a nice touch! Also it's near Amusement Pier!
We only had two issues while staying at this location. The 1st is that the housekeeping & other staff use walkie talkie on HIGH volume as people are still sleeping in. This is extremely annoying! The walls are already thin & the loud talking people in the hallway is already hard to accept. But a lack of ear pieces for the walkie users is definitely a downer.
The 2nd is that NONE of the ice machined worked in this entire facility even though there was one on every floor. There were signs posted that they worked on certain floors but after checking them ALL we found that was not the case.
Ultimately, we see the ongoing improvements being made & appreciate the efforts to make this place the only Family Focused Resort in Town. For those looking for more of an upscale dining experience, there are plenty of choices at the neighboring resorts in AC. Definitely will return if affordable."
