For a start The number given for check in was not working, luckily there was someone there who phoned them for us as there was no one in reception,contrary to what was advertised. When we checked in it turns out our room was in cricklewood(15 mins walk away),not in Chatsworth road as advertised. This is very bad and not fair on the guests. My one complaint was that when I took a shower, the drain was clogged and I was immediately standing in 4 inches of dirty water.
