"Nice room and close to MSG and train station, great location. Only issue, I arrived early and the staff was great and did the check in so when the room was ready I would be able to get key and check in quickly. Once I arrived later after receiving a text the room was ready I waited in line and then a different staff said I didn't have a room. I was in a panic and explained I already checked in and had a text. I even gave confirmation number and still a blank look from staff not finding my reservation. Finally after I clearly giving my name for the third time she was able to find my room. No apology for making me frustrated. I even had to ask for a cookie it was not offered."
