"We had a great visit to London while staying at the Clermont Hotel. The Clermont is a classic style hotel, centrally located within easy walking distance of Buckingham Palace with a bit longer walk to Parliament and "Big Ben". For excursions further afield, the hotel is just next door to the Victoria Station 'tube'. We found the staff to be friendly and very accommodating. Our room lacked the glitz of more modern hotels but was well appointed, clean and very comfortable. On pricing, the Clermont was modestly more expensive than outlining hotels but given its location, service and comfort, I feel it is a very good value."

"I can’t think of a single item that would deny this property a Michelin star. It made our already special trip even more extra special. The only weird issue was the billing/refunding part. Typically, hotels put a hold for a certain amount on your card. They do a charge and refund. Apart from that, I felt like a rockstar staying at this property."

"Excellent overnight stop before an early flight. Shuttle to the terminal from 4.40am is ideal. Staff were fantastic. Friendly and professional. Food in the bar was excellent. Very comfortable clean rooms."

"Walls are paper thin, we couldn’t sleep because of the tv from the next room. It was like we had our tv on all night. But the staff handled it very quickly, all the staff was really nice. Also our room looked nothing compared to the pictures online, it was small and didn’t even have a place to put our luggage (table, luggage rack…) nothing i had to put it in the floor. For me it was a little annoying because I have bad knees"
