"The door locks unlocked very well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. The ice machine upstairs was out of order. The hair conditioner in the bathroom was empty. The staff were all friendly, and the breakfast was very good."

"It's great, plenty of parking, friendly staff, safe. Rooms were clean with microwave and fridge. Bathroom was a bit small and needed an update. Sink was draining slow. Found a couple of tiny roaches but that wasnt a big deal. Hotels have lots of people moving jn and out and things like that could happen. Breakfast was included. I will stay here again also about a mile away from shopping, food and everything else"

"I've stayed in several hotels around Wake Forest University while visiting my child who attends WFU and this was my first at the Best Western. The Best Western is by far the best value. It's clean, customer service was pleasant and they have a nice free breakfast. This is right across from the Marriott which is about 40% more expensive - I noticed no difference in quality (both are quality options). This is my new hotel while visiting WFU."
