"Hotel had many issues BUT rates 5 despite the issues. The issues I experienced relate to understaffing. 90 mins to have toilet paper delivered to my room, even after going down to get it on purpose. Housekeeping reluctant / unable to provide turndown service. Etc. An unexpected benefit was the Porsche service to anywhere within a 3 mile radius. Unfortunately, on a Saturday night, there weren’t enough employees to provide that perk. Nonetheless I really enjoyed my stay and my room there perk "

"Literally everything about this place. There's 3 bars, two restaurants, a Starbucks. The service was sublime from the valet to the housekeeping, to the serving staff in the restaurants. Top notch."

"This hotel was gorgeous!! I loved the courtyard feel of the inside of the hotel with all the trellises on each floor and the lighted elevators. The room was immaculate and very comfortable. My friend and I went up to the rooftop bar for a drink and caught the sunset over the city. Wow! I would definitely stay here if I was in Atlanta again!"
