"The staff was super nice and extremely polite and helpful. The ocean view was great. It's conveniently located close to just about everything you need in Waikiki. The downside for us was no AC in the hallways/elevators and no microwave in the room. Some of the so called amenities are not free, which is misleading on the website. For instance, it said there was a shuttle, but it cost extra..."

"Our room was spacious and comfortable and clean! The view was perfect, so when we were in our room, it was nice that we could sit comfortably and enjoy the beautiful view! The windows open, which is a great feature! The pools were lovely, such an added luxury! The hot tub was usually crowded. Prince Waikiki is a great location, too! It’s close enough to walk most places, or take a short Uber ride, and it’s not in the middle of the city. The restaurant had good food but the atmosphere wasn’t our favorite. Many people come for the buffet and so it doesn’t have that laid-back vibe. The staff is very kind and always helpful! If we go back to Oahu, we would love to stay there again!"
